Roshni Sattar

I'm a food technologist with a Master's in Food Technology from Amity University, Jaipur, where I graduated as the batch gold medalist. I currently work as a Quality Department Trainee at Vadilal Industries in Gandhinagar, after interning there earlier this year. My experience spans dairy and ice cream quality, with earlier internships at Milma (Kerala's state dairy cooperative) and Synthite Industries. Outside the lab, I anchor events at Amity and Hindusthan University.
